Where third-party suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, inspection companies, warehouses, shipping companies, or other service providers are involved, their own terms may also apply.

5.1 Product information

Unless expressly stated otherwise, OGVIA does not manufacture every product sourced or supplied through OGVIA Source.

Customers are responsible for reviewing specifications, quantities, sizes, colours, materials, packaging, and other product requirements before confirming an order.

5.2 Inspection

Where inspection services are requested or included, the scope of inspection will depend on the agreed service.

An inspection does not necessarily guarantee that every defect, manufacturing issue, transportation issue, or future product failure will be identified.

5.3 Repacking and CBM optimization

OGVIA may provide consolidation or repacking services intended to reduce packaging volume and optimize shipping space.

Any estimated savings depend on product characteristics, packaging requirements, carrier requirements, and other logistical factors.

6. OGVIA Shop: fashion and lifestyle

OGVIA Shop may offer products including clothing, footwear, bags and luggage, belts, accessories, toys, household products, lifestyle products, and other consumer goods.

Product availability, specifications, colours, sizes, prices, and stock levels may change.

Product images may be used for illustration and may not always represent every minor variation of the physical product.

Specific product pages, invoices, order confirmations, shipping terms, return policies, and refund policies may contain additional terms applicable to a transaction.

7. Orders, payments and fees

Where payment is required for a product or service, the applicable price, service fee, deposit, balance, shipping charge, or other cost will be communicated through the relevant transaction or service process.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed:

  • payments must be made through approved payment channels;
  • customers should retain payment evidence;
  • fees may be non-refundable where work has already commenced or where a service has already been provided;
  • third-party charges may be separate from OGVIA service fees; and
  • government, embassy, university, shipping, customs, banking, or other external charges may be payable by the customer.

Specific refund and cancellation conditions may vary according to the service or product involved.

  • profits;
  • capital appreciation;
  • repayment;
  • business success; or
  • a particular financial outcome.

Submitting a project does not guarantee funding. Prospective investors or partners should conduct their own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. No investment should be made solely on the basis of information published on the OGVIA website.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the OGVIA Privacy Policy and relevant data-protection requirements.

Because some OGVIA services involve international transactions and education or visa applications, information may need to be shared with relevant service providers, educational institutions, suppliers, logistics providers, payment providers, or other parties where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and where legally permitted.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, OGVIA and/or its licensors retain rights in the website and its original content, including logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, designs, website layouts, software, databases, and other original materials.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit OGVIA's protected materials without appropriate authorization.

The OGVIA name, logos, division names, and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

13. Third-party services

OGVIA may integrate or use third-party services, platforms, payment processors, educational institutions, suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, technology providers, or other external services.

OGVIA is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, availability, or performance of third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

Users may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

14. Prohibited use

Users must not use OGVIA's website or services to:

15. Website availability

OGVIA will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of its website. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, hosting issues, cybersecurity incidents, network failures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond OGVIA's reasonable control.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OGVIA shall not be responsible for losses arising from matters outside its reasonable control, including delays, decisions of government authorities, university decisions, scholarship decisions, visa decisions, supplier failures, shipping delays, customs issues, third-party platform failures, or other external events.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Where a specific service agreement, order, invoice, or contract contains different liability provisions, those provisions may apply to that particular transaction.

17. Force majeure

OGVIA shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war or civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, transportation disruption, customs restrictions, internet or telecommunications failures, major cybersecurity incidents, or supplier disruption.

18. Changes to these Terms

OGVIA may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business operations, technology, legal requirements, or other relevant circumstances.

The updated version will be published on the website with an updated Last Updated date.
