OGVIA SOURCE

How OGVIA Source works

From your first request to delivery, this is what happens at each step and what you will see in your dashboard.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

You: Describe the product, quantity, specifications and destination, and add photos or reference links.

OGVIA: We review your request and may ask clarifying questions.

  2. 2

    Identify suppliers

You: Answer any questions we have about the product.

OGVIA: We research manufacturers and suppliers that could make or supply it.

  3. 3

    Verify suppliers

    You: Nothing required.

OGVIA: We check the suppliers we shortlist. Where we hold verification evidence, we attach it to your request.

  4. 4

    Compare options and quote

You: Review each quote, ask questions, then accept or decline.

OGVIA: We compare options and send you quotes. Each quote states its own price, minimum order, lead time and validity.

  5. 5

    Confirm the product

You: Confirm the details you want.

OGVIA: We confirm specifications, and samples where relevant, with the supplier.

  6. 6

    Quality control

    You: Nothing required.

OGVIA: We arrange quality checks and record the results. Inspection reports and photos appear on your request when available.

  7. 7

    Procurement

    You: Agree to proceed.

OGVIA: We coordinate the purchase with the supplier once you have agreed. OGVIA confirms payment details with you directly; this website does not take payments.

  8. 8

    Delivery coordination

    You: Confirm delivery details.

OGVIA: We coordinate consolidation and repacking to reduce shipping volume, arrange shipping, and keep your request updated.

What you can follow in your dashboard

  • Your request on a nine-stage tracker, with the date of each change
  • Quotes you can accept or decline, with price, minimum order, lead time and validity
  • Messages with the OGVIA team
  • Verification and inspection evidence when it is available
  • Your product photos and specification files, stored privately

This page describes the process. It does not promise prices, delivery times or supplier performance: each quote and each update tells you what applies to your request.
